On November 7, 2020, the expansion training activity of Galaxy Microelectronics Baby Eagle was held as scheduled in our company.This one-day activity was guided by teachers from Changzhou Yingpu, and all departments participated actively.
The activity is divided into three stages: sharing of senior students, practice development and leaderless group discussion. It aims to promote mutual understanding, trust and friendship among team members through game experience.
The practical development projects include ice breaking trip, Da Vinci Code, rapid 60 seconds, post office letter, etc. With the help of collective wisdom, we have achieved the goal of the team through scientific decision-making, efficient division of labor and tacit cooperation.
The activity ended in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. This outward bound training activity is an adjustment of daily work, and also the embodiment of the company”s corporate culture of cultivating talents. Through the cooperation and sharing discussion of the expansion project, we improved the communication method, improved the implementation efficiency, and further strengthened the sense of belonging and cohesion of the team.
